I see cat has a 2 micron high efficiency fuel filter No 1R-0749. Im wondering if anyone knows where I might purchase the head to use with this filter. Supplier, part number, if possible ! Thanks alot ! Dan

These have pipe fittings in them so you don't have to buy the high dollar cat fittings also the passages are larger. I am using a 10 micron Fleetguard with my lift pump and seems to work good. The price would depend on if you could get a dealer discount on them, the 10 micron was $15. I wanted to use the filter that was designed for the head although the Cat filter is cheaper as is the Baldwin comparable filter. | ||
