they told me when I called them about a month ago, they are not going to release the crazy larry for the power pup only the tripple dog. and the tripple dog is not even out yet, so I would say it will be a while.

Like CR said... don't even think about it with a stock driveline.
The stock LBZ is pushing the limits of the Allison. My '06LLY is running 350hp to the rear wheels with the Pup on performance... that's enough to kill an '05 5spd Alli, and probably enough to seriously hurt the '06 if I'm not careful in 5th and 6th.

A "new" weak point on the '06 is the TC. Allison changed sources and there have been failures. Any serious performance upgrades on the '06 should BEGIN with a new TC and Suncoast/ATS upgrades.

Crazy Larry should be about $3000 down the road from stock.
