When I was looking for my last Truck. None of the dealers had chassis cabs. Did they stop making them?

No they didn't stop making them. They carry quite a few at the car lot here. Some of them they put flatbeds on and some they just sell outright without anything behind the cab. Ask your dealer about spec's.

Here's the website for the commercial truck division...

Funny you mention it. But I RARELY see a 1 Ton Dodge dump, flatbed, tow truck, amublance, box truck, cattle truck, etc.

Sure Ford rules in these categories, but GM seems a close 2nd compared to how few Dodges I see.

Don't get me wrong, I see TONS of Dodge PICK-UP TRUCKS, but not many C&C.

Dodge had specialty chassis problems (wreckers, ambulances, etc.)in the mid 90s when the 2nd generation trucks came out. In fact there was a class action suit against them by a national towing group due to frame issues on wreckers. There were a few Dodge wreckers running around in 94 and 95 but, very few if any were put together after that. Ever since that happened they seemed to have stayed away from the commercial side.
