On tires you could run a 33 or 35 and that would look nice. As far as warranty you should talk to your service writer and tell them what you plan to do and see if they tell you anything, usually they will work with you on warranty stuff if you lift it. As far as gauges you can reset those with a programmer (predator, other) so that they will read correctly. Chips, that is up to you and how much you want to spend, how fast you want to go. They are helpful if pulling or just to increase HP & TRQ. On the last one, yes and yes. Good luck and welcome.
