Any chance this is a possibility? i have a 2000 dodge ram van with a gas powered 318 and want to stick a diesel in it, new tranny if required.

Has anyone undertaken a project like this before, or do you know of a forum that discusses the requirements for the conversion?

What do you think it would cost me to have a shop do the conversion?

If you want to put the 6 cyl Cummins in it, I don't believe the engine compartment is long enough. You could put a 4BT Cummins in it.
