Just got my cb bracket from eric and got it installed. where is the best place to run the coax cable in the firewall? also what about the best place to run the power wire to. I have a cobra 75w and it did't come with much power wire.

How I ran mine...

Since I mounted the antennas in the bed, I looked under the cab for any unused plugs. There was one on my truck behind the drivers seat in the floor. I removed the floor, I have the rubber floor, knocked out the knock-out, bought a grommet to fit and voila.

Mine went through the firewall where the snow plow accessories are to go. I had to drill a 1 inch hole and found a grommet to fit. There was enough room to run my pyro wires, boost gauge hose, and cb coax through that hole and seal it.
