It's really happening now!
That's right, I just moved from one phase of waiting for the truck I ordered to the next phase - that of transportation from Michigan to my dealer.
I should finally have my new truck before May.
It's strange how even though I don't actually have the new truck but just a vehicle identification number, I feel a great sense of relief. Just a few more weeks now!
It's been a pleasure also to communicate with Howard about my "baby" on the way. What a delightfully nice and helpful person he is! Thanks, Howard!

Today I heard from the dealer that my truck should arrive at their lot sometime around Apri 16. It's been a long time, from a one month production delay (due to a supplier problem) to now being about one week away to actually seeing the thing. I can hardly wait!

I got an email from my dealer today and this was my reply:

My truck arrived today. Now just the dealer installed options and I'll have my truck in a day!
