Wasnt quite sure what to search for in the forum, but I'm wondering if anybody could lend any insight (or thread/web links) as to how much of a PITA it would be to convert my '82 2WD C20 to 4WD? I can only think of the obvious: news transmission w/transfer case & somehow add a front axle.

Alternately, if there are any K20s available out there for cheap/swap....

Well it has been done lots of time's.I've not done it yet but it shouldn't be too hard. I have all the necessary parts for sale if you're interested. Axle,tranny,t-case,springs,spring hangers,ect. I also have a complete 77' K30 4x4 frame for sale for $150
