Is anyone out there running the bullydog 4" exhausts and how hard was the installation processes?

I have it, instructions sucked and it was very close to tranny cooler line, rubs back shock over bumps and almost always hits my spare tire. Oh I almost forgot to mention it resonates like a ba$tard. Buy something better like MBRP.

We do not use the Bullydog systems, but have installed and ran in customers trucks with them. Same issues as previously mentioned. I suggest sticking with the popular brands ie. MBRP, Magnaflow, Corsa, etc. and you will not be dissappointed.

no problems with mine i like the throaty sound, kind of like an old muscle car. doesnt touch anywhere if you take the extra time to align it all.

how was the installation, I've installed many gibsons and flowmasters on gas powered trucks but never a diesel, CAT back that is!

I like the throaty sound to but it resonates badly going down the freeway, I spent along time trying to get mine to not rub but there was know luck. Mine is a shortbed extended cab their may be a little difference how it fits on the 4 door. Can you send me some good pictures of yours, maybe I put a hanger in the wrong spot or some pipes got mixed up. I tried to get some help from Bully Dog cause I did not like how it fit but that was like telling my dog not to sh!t on the lawn, in one ear out the other they thought I was an idiot. I was ready to send it back but I am just living with it.

that sounds rough, I am kind of skeptical of what I ordered! hope things are a little easier. Are you talking the full turbo back or the cat back?

Their full system, its off the factory down pipe back. The duramax turbo down pipe is not included in any kits out there. Usally it is replaced with an aftermarket turbo kit, but I have heard of a few people working on a new downpipe for the factory turbo. Maybe somebody could chime in on who?

I am planning on installing soon! I recieved the exhaust today and the sticker on the box says it's ex ctb I'm wondering if this means extended cab and is not going to fit on a crew cab dually:help2:

Let me know if its too short. I just put on my 4" exhaust(not BullyDog), I ordered a CC/EC kit which is what they sent but they also gave me a short straight piece about 1 1/2 feet long flared on one side and an extra 4" clamp. I assume this was for LB kit. I didn't use them and I will be posting it in the "Free" forum this week.
