You are going to have to have at least in the area of 120+ hp box to smoke. And that is pretty much pushing the trannies limit. You can get a higher hp box but its gonna tear the factory tranny up, trust me, I know from experience. Get some upgrades done and you can smoke a lot!

Get a 1/8 npt pipe tap and approprate drill bit
get A 1/8 npt male rubber hose fitting
drill and tap exhaust manifold to accept fitting
insert fitting and tighten
Replace windshild wiper fluid with diesel fuel, or used oil
reroute windshild wiper line to fitting, (extend hose if nessasay) secure with hose clamp.
Activate windshield washer function like normal.
If need more more smoke, repeat to passenger side manifold using passanger side washer fluid line.

Works well and will cost you under 20 Dollars.

Smoke is inneficiency. A waste.

Just for fun there,
a big tunner or box will get you the smoke. But, yep, tranny won't take the power, there really isn't a way to make smoke without making more power, like you can on a 12v cummins.

Fuel pump won't do anything

High idle is just a switch to make engine idle higher while in park.

100hp Predator smokes pretty good.

You can stack one programer(quad 215) and one box(juice)

You can get an exhaust about anywhere, call them on the phone and tell them what you want.

Injectors will make more smoke, you determine if the money is worth it.

It is amazing you have all this money to just make smoke.
You will need a full tranny upgrade which will be over 3 grand in parts.

I have a Van Aaken, tuned by Quad 230hp stacked with 120 predator, and Duramaximizer, injetors, pushed by a Holley lift pump. It smokes pretty bad, at wot with full boost, it still puts out a solid stream of smoke.

You can stack ONE programmer/ECM, ie quad, predator, power pup, tts, westers, ONE box, edge, Van Aaken,tst, and one fuel pressure box, Duramaximizer or van aaken fuel pressure.
