I finished installing an all in one Boss overhead dvd system. The package came with an Audiovox FMM100A modulator. I hid all wires under headliner and molding, and brought them up on passenger side behind glove box. I tapped off Aux. power (lighters). I have a high pitched noise coming through speakers only when dvd system and modulator are on. The noise changes when monitor is powered up. Sounds like a bad ground. Make sure you have a good ground, if that doesnt work try getting power somewhere else.

The ground is connected to a bolt on post under molding between cc doors, clean and electrically sound. Where else would you recommend grabbing power?
