I did a little testing with my new truck on Saturday. I pulled up to a 03 Dodge regular cab 2wd dually, he was ready to race immediately. We went from a 20mph, 30mph, 40mph rolling start. I ran in stage 5, Juice-Attitude defuel 4-5 shift only. I pulled him a tucklength in every gear! He was runnin some kind of chip and injectors, it was closer than I thought it would be! Seems like my new 04 LB7 is a little faster than my 03. I went out and tried the 1/4 mile test and it seemed to verify my suspicions. 1/4 mile 14.7 and alot more smoke. I was wondering if anyone has noticed the same or maybe this truck equipped with California emissions has something to do with the excessive smoke, seems like twice the smoke! Let me know!

I have an 04 LB7, and I can't say if it is faster or slower than an 03, as I have no one to compare against, but from reading this forum, I am guessing I am the only one who can floor a Quad 215, and get NO smoke. It pulls very hard, so I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.


I'll get it to the track soon, and determine if I'm moving more air or less fuel than the average 215. I hope it the former, but its most likely the later.http://dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Disapprove.gif
