dear dmaxtech, would you be so kind as to get me the torque specs for tightening the engine oil pan drain plug as well as the drain plug for the 4x4 reservoir and the rear differentiol? the reason i ask is that the feel in tightening these plugs is different in what i am use to on my older trucks and cars...thanks very much, bob

Bob, oil drain plug 62 ft lbs.. Yes, I thought that was alot too, but its in the book!


Rear axle drain plug 20 ft lbs


4x4 reservoir? i am not sure what you are referring to on that, but if the transfer case is it, both the drain and fill plugs are 15 ft lbs.
