I'm having a problem finding a good location to mount my Banks exhaust brake compressor. When I upgraded my air intake, the original mount location was to be under the stock air box mount plate. That's gone now:mad: . Anyone have a good suggestion?????.......oh, must be under the hood and out of the elements. Fun stuff!!!!:grd:............Thanks in advance.

I mounted mine just like they said. When you installed your air kit you pulled the plate out? It sits nice under the plate.

Yes, I pulled the plate out because I had to........part of the installation instructions for the cold air intake........that's where I now pull the air from is underneath.

you could prity much mount it any where in the engin bay where its cool and some what away from water and the emements of driving.
you could maby have a small peice of sheet metal bent up to mount kinda in the same locataion if i rember right from installing the same kit on the boss's truck theres enuff room to do so if you dont have a big tube runign down throu
