If it happens often you might want to contact Quadzilla and ask them about it. I threw 0234 once with the new 110 tune and once with the new 135 tune, but I have never had it happen since. Both times I was under light acceleration coming on to the highway at around 65-70 mph (in the same spot in the highway at approximately the same ambient temperature at approximately the same time of day roughly a week apart). It has never happened with the 215 tune.

My only fear would be that any fix might take away from the low-end performance in the new tunes. I don't have my boost gauge hooked up yet, but the turbo seems to spool up almost instantly with the new tunes -- which might have something to do with the 0234 code being thrown.

Since the code is harmless and doesn't effect the truck in anyway (other then having to clear the code to get rid of the SES light), it doesn't concern me. If it kept happening it would, but that has not been the case. Given the remarkable consistency of driving conditions during the two times in which I have thrown the code, combined with the fact that it as never happened since, leads me to believe that it is more of an anomaly than a problem.

And besides, what the heck was I doing *lightly* accelerating onto the highway anyway -- that just isn't right... http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

I am not going to sweat it, thanks for the reply, second..this thing was a downright pain to load...kept saying noconnectionw ith vehicle..must have taken 5 times to get it to load, then it froze up, to Quads defense, I followed the instructions for a freeze up and it worked fine, just mildly frustrating. The power is crazy though.

Hmmm... Can't say I have ever seen that. Once the stock information has been stored in the tuner (which does require a disconnect afterward), my tuner has always loaded tunes the first time, every time without fail. You might want to try the following:

Since the tuner uses a serial port (which can be fussy connection-wise) I always do the following:

1. Open drivers door

2. Hook cord up to vehicle

3. Hook cord up to tuner (firmly seat but I don't bother using the screws)

4. Turn key on

5. Load tune/make changes

How the hell are you not slipping your clutch with the 215????????

You'd have to talk to CPMac to get the answer to that question. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif

Actually, I never had any trouble with stock clutch slipping -- the stock flywheels wouldn't last long enough for me to damage the clutch. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

Suffice it to say that my dual mass days are behind me. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Approve.gif

Basically a custom (solid) flywheel, clutch plate, and pressure plate from CPMac. You'll have to get with him for details. I know that he is working on different options and that he should hopefully have something for everyone in the near future. It's certainly not as small of a task as one might imagine!
