Yeah, I took it there with a surging issue that it's had ever since my dad owned it. He owned it since it was new, but never saw the surging as a "big deal". Really, I didn't either until I came to this great website! So now it sits there awaiting service.

The truck has 63,xxx miles on it, but the 5 year portion expires sometime in December, so I figured I'd go ahead and get that handled. I also told them to check the balance rates on the injectors while it was in for service. I should have also told them to do whatever other bulletins were out for it since I know my dad didn't get it done.

What else should I tell them to do?

They flashed the computer and ran a balance rate on the injectors. I'll post up the numbers when I pick it up this afternoon.
