They did the whole show on upgrading a Duramax with BD parts. Showed changing the valve body and torque convertor on the Allison. New Turbo, Exhuaust and exhuast manifod on the left side. When done they put in on the dyno and it cranked out 502 hp and 970 pounds of torque at the rear wheels.

Pretty interesting show. The showed some cutaways of the stock parts vs. the aftermarket parts.

Yep, caught the show this morning and then went to their website to check out the vendor's website as well. Looks like a pretty thorough upgrade. They even went through the tranny, which I thought was a pretty good idea.

I didn't care for the gauge pod display. I wonder if the BD components could be hooked up with the Edge display, which is very clean looking to me.

I wonder if they could use another truck to do the same things to. I wouldn't want them to show a rerun.

any idea what the tune was for hp that they used to make that power

something from bd. the intimidater/comander or something like that.

so it would make like 400hp with the stock turbo, or more
