wmazur1145 03-16-2006, 05:10 PM Have a 2005 GMC duramax 3500 hd with 2" lift kit, superchip and 285-75r16 tires with 25,000 miles. vehicle just started to go into limp mode when Iam in stage 3. dealer says it because of big tires and will not look at untill I put it back in to stock mode which I cant do because I dont have original tires. When this happens I change to stock on the superchip and it works ok, but need more power to pull trailer. Like as soon as you start the truck, drive for a few minutes of do a heavy acell? What does this limp do exactly? Like it sticks you in 3rd gear? Need to know if your limping your trans or what to know were to move this too :) Changed your fuel filter lately?
