Change oil at 1000, 2000 and 3000 miles and then read the nice little recommended maintenance schedule that dmaxallitech put on this forum and you cant go wrong. Try to purchase your fuel from a truck stop or somewhere with high volume sales so that you know it's fresh. Might try an additive like Stanadyne every other tank for extra protection.
