Why are people on the Dodge forums saying that they question the 325 hp since the 555 is quicker than the 600 ?http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ouch.gif

Reminds me of the Mustang Cobra fiasco in 99http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cool.gifEdited by: BROKER

I have driven more 555's and 600's than anybody on these boards, and I tell ya I can't tell the difference in the two by just driving them. I have to look at the invoice or pop the hood to know for sure.

I was told the only difference was the 600 gets worse mileage.

What kind of mileage do they get.

Mileage off of the lot... 16-16.5 empty. I reset the mileage computer every time I have filled up which is 3 times now. My best computer generated mileage is 18.0. Just got back from a trip to Arizona pulling the 1985 Chevy behind me towing at 55 mph,(the manual says to tow at 50 mph for the first 500 miles)http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Ermm.gif and I ended up with 15 mpg. I have 1608 miles, filled up three times, running performance formula additive, average tank lasts 536 miles. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cool.gif The stock fuel tank is 35 gallons.
