ok, i know this had been beat up pretty bad but i have a 05 lly 2500 4wd and wanted to crank the t-bars up to try to get about 2 inches out of front. how bad is it for front end wear, will it eventually sag down? DO you do the same turns for one side as the other? would like a rancho 4" lift but maybe a little to high and $$$$:help2:

I cranked mine on both my 04 Avalanche and my 06 3500 4wd. I could only get about an inch with out sacificing ride quality. Works well if you install Green keys (keys from a half ton) and crank in about half way. I got around 2" with good ride and steering after realignment on both trucks. I cranked them the same on each side drove it and measured on each side. Ended up cranking one side in another turn to get it even.

Exactly, you will sacrifice "some" rid quality by cranking. You will also increase the wear on front-end components like pitman/idler arms.
Cranking is a cheap alternative to get some better rubber. Lots of people do it, just a matter of preference.
As far as making equal, get it on level ground and measure after cranking the bolts the same amount of terms.

I'm at 45,000+ so far with no ill effects. I only went just over 1.5" so I could fit 285 tires.
