2004.5 GMC Sierra 3500SRW 4x4 Dmax VIN 1GTHK33204F196469

I'm getting both a 89059058 and 89059059 P/N depending on whether I pick 3500DRW or 2500HD. There is no listing for 3500SRW. I assume it must be the 2500HD, but I have no proof.

Anyone at a dealership today? I got two different answers by calling parts counters.

Part # 89059059 and that is due to the brake option. To confirm you should have code JH6 brake option.

And I just found up that the part # changes up to 15225770 and that is cheaper.

What did you you do that would require you to change? Has Big Blue already been ridden beyond the 36k?

Blue has 50,000 miles and has aftermarket rims with more than stock offset. Between drag racing in 4WD, sled pulls, high HP, it has worn the bearings out prematurely.

Blue had been put on the disabled list until the new bearings arrive:(

The front wheels move at least 2 inchs  Another nice catch by :bow:MikeL when he was fixing my trans.

OK, the two of you go thru too many transmissions.):h

Seriously though, what was the part number number? I'm assuming you replaced the hub assembly? Just curious if the part number was the same as the one I just replaced. GM#1522570?

PS. good catch Mike. I'm just curious why you where playing with the front tires? You weren't trying to slow KAT down for the next race against you where you?

I'm not complaining wish I could get 40k out of a trans on my car

He ordered p/n 15225770 but they haven't arrived yet. Life is rough I have to drive the Vette ):h

My truck was making a noise and I wasn't sure what it was. Mike jumped in it and said the wheel bearings where going out. Then confirmed it when he had my truck on the lift freshening up my trans :D

Stupid question, but did you guys check to see if any other dealers had it? I think the one next to me has another. I'm not that far away from you guys. Just out of curiousity, what did it run you? Mine hit me up for $300+tax.

We paid $372 total for the pair. But we have to wait for them :(

I'm starting to think I got took!:damnit1: But I even looked at Erics pricing and he was only $20 cheaper. Figured with shipping it was a wash and this way I didn't have to wait.

What was the dealer you got them thru? Sounds like they are pretty good on pricing.

They range from ~$185 to $455 depending on who you look at.

GMPartsdirect.com is usually the cheapest, but has about the worst service. They indicated they had them in stock, but they really didn't. It's not the first time they have done that to me either. I should have bought elsewhere.

I'll have to keep GMPartsdirect.com in mind for the next time (when I can wait). Hope your stuff shows up soon.
