lewis369 03-10-2006, 03:26 PM recently the reverse went out on our 02, and code 0743 came up. So I brought it to the dealership and they said that the TCM had a short in it and they replaced the TCM, picked the truck up today and drove it home was good for about 20miles and then it shifted hard the SES light came on and reverse was gone, same problem shift into reverse and the R just flashes, any ideas? Brayden 03-10-2006, 04:16 PM Hah.. Just throw a TCM at it... jeeez... There is a short to ground somewhere in 229 or 232 circuit. I'd say it's the 229 side (lo side driver).
