i installed an airaid cool air dam on my 06 lly. the instructions said to not drive through high water and that airaid is not responsible for damage due to water. my concern is does the design of this cad let rain water in. i've not driven through heavy rain yet but in a lite rain i noticed some drops around the interior of the cad. does this allow water into the filter? and is it enough to cause damage?:confused: thanks for the help. this is a great site and i respect the input from loyal diesel heads!:ro)

i have the same thing in my truck and have had the truck up over the bumper in water...you'll be fine
