Ok so my friend has an 05 Duramax. He has an Intake and a 4" exhaust on it. He calls me today and says he was doing a burn out. He started rolling forward then let off the throttle and hit the brakes real quick. Then he said he heard what sounded like Blow off but coming threw the intake. His Buddy was cars ahead of him 2 cars and heard the sound also. Well I've been in this truck alot and never heard the blow off from the factor BOV. Plus it coming from the intake my only thought is that it could have been compressor surge??? Any thoughts on what this was??? Thanks
