Its been almost 2 years. I have never been back to the dealer since the day I bought it. I am done waiting. It's time to add some HP and make it seem new again. I am trying to decide which way to go. I am leaning towards the DSG power box. What is the difference between this and the Egde juice? I liked the article http://www.thedieselpage.com/reviews/dsgvanaaken.htm and really liked the "less smoke" part. Also there is an updated version that adds even more power. When I pull something I will be running in the stock setting. I don't like to get into too much heavy modifications.. unless its working 2 10"s and a 12" into the cab of the truck. I just want to plug it in and be done. I am mainly wanting something to smoke ppl at red lights. Currently I can do 0-60 in 9.0 and this is faster than my previous Dodge short box with a 360 + header + KN Air ram + Computer. I really loved that truck but it was always at the damn dealership and with my wifes popping out new babys every year and a half we really needed to have a back seat so we got the crewcab. Also I dont miss the 10mpg and the horrid 5mpg when pulling the boat. I would really appreciate any input on the Egde and wonder if anyone has tried the DSG power box. This looks like a smaller company but maybe better customer service. I don't really care about the guages that come with the Edge .. I don't plan to do repeated launches. I just want to know it's there when I need it. And I definitely wont want to add any guages anywhere.

This box is similar in the way it adds power to the Duramax compared to the juice. THis is a Van Aaken box, it has a 3 position switch. It also has built in tranny protection. It is a pretty smooth and doesnt hardly smoke any. Nice smooth power.
