Does it vent the cooler or the tranny?

It's a fiberglass scoop that fits inside the grill and over the trans cooler to direct more air through the cooler. I've been running one for over a year now and it makes a noticable reduction in trans temperature. Phone number I have is 847-367-9770. Edited by: Idle_Chatter

I have one also. they are handmade and fit well. simple install. it seems to help, but only when i'm moving at a decent speed. not much good in stop and go traffic, but it helps on the highway.

I had one. Sent it to someone else. It didn't fit the GMC grill.

Hoot, is the cooler underneath the scoop, and the grill to the right in the pic?

Yep, the grill is on the right, the radiator is on the left and the scoop is down over the top of the trans cooler.
