I found a hypertech programmer part# 30021 and the guy said it will work on a 03 duramax. When I looked up the part # at the hypertech site nothing came up. Is this a newer or older version of the 30029:help2:

Hypertech actually does remove the speed limiter on 99% of their programmers for the exception of Duramax and the 8.1 GM motors. All other GM gas motors can.
