Can a 1995 2500 Chevy/GMC 6.5L Turbo Diesel be lifted?

B-rad 03-04-2006, 12:55 PM look on ebay for starters. theres alot of lifts on there for your year model truck drock123 03-04-2006, 06:18 PM i have looked, most body lifts say that the will not fit on the diesels. and all the other kits that fit the year, say they work for the 6 lug trucks. ockgator 03-04-2006, 06:31 PM They're out there but they're a pain to install.... lots of brackets(up to 15 or so) and they don't hold alignments well. Body lifts probably aren't reccommended for diesels because the shroud will be separated by 3" and will lose some effect causing intercooler not to be as efficient, other than that they'll fit. Just fab a couple pieces to fit in shroud gap and it'll help a bit. | ||
