Here in Phoenix, restrictions can't be a good thing, have heard that some billet grill (overlays) have caused higher temps. Here are 2 links to grills I am thinking about. Is the stock grill removeable, or does it need to be cut out?

Thoughts on either of these?

The stock can only be removed by cutting it out, and based on your location (and mine) I would recommend going with something like the second one.

Are you a Lincoln? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Throw Up.gif
Seriously, that look does not suit the lines of the truck at all! The only thing that I have seen that looks good on the GMCs is the denali style. The chevys look good with the diagonal wire mesh, and the straight horizontal tubes.
Anything that has less area of open space, will increase the coolant load. Will you notice it??? Even with a stock grill, temps sometimes are too high for my liking in summer traffic.
Good luck...

Master,
I think the horizontal T-Rex looks nice on the GMC, and I've seen the Vertical on a Chevy & it fits the Chevy better & I think looks really cool.
How much for the Vertical t-Rex?? I've seen it for around $190.00....
