Does anyone with a lifted truck use a Hi-Lift jack?
If so where do you put it on the truck to jack it up and where/how do you store it? I have seen a toyota with oue locked in a custom made mount in the bed.
thanks for any info.

Mike330R, I do not believe a high-lift is going to work for you in this application. We use them on our lifted Jeeps, but they have many jack points. With the Silverado, you are pretty much limited to the bumpers, and I don't believe they are strong enuf.

That's what I figured ;(
What would be a good way to change a tire after I install a lift kit? The stock jack is a joke!

They make a special attachment that allows you to use the hitch. If you put a hitch on the fron then you have both ends covered. They have other special attachments too. Do a web search.....

Been lucky enough not to HAVE TO USE my hi-lift jack, but I carry it just in case I'm somewhere a floor jack or lift is not available. Lays flat in the bottom of my diamond plate toolbox.
