Well, after hassling with Diablo Sport for about 3 months, I think that they finally got it right.


I called several times, and finally got hold of johan. He sent me emails with several custom tunes, and I have grown quite fond of a 40 hp tune.


No surge, just a great driveable tune. Pretty quick too. I dusted a Porsche today with a 3000+ lb trailer full of horse poop today. Dusted him so bad he felt the need to pass me after we got to the top of the hill...http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Clap.gif


I wrote a lot of bad stuff about the Predator, but since they have finally got it right, I may as well tell yall this!

Have you run the higher hp/torque programs yet? If so what are those like?

This is a custom 40 hp tune, and thats all I need. Any more guts, and I would need to watch the EGT gauge like a hawk...


I tow up some big ass hills too frequently to run a higher tune. I also dont think it will be doing the truck any favors for longevity. I also hate the way a hotter tune will turn the oil black in a few miles...
