Anyone have any problems with their windshield wipers not working. They will only work in the fast mode or by using the windshield washer mode. Its been kinda bothering but will not do any slow speed or intermeitant wipers at all. Anyone had this issue or know what it may be. I had heard the switch for this is a shared switch located inside the steering column area.

Yes, a few people have had this problem. Most likely, its the wiper module under the hood, up on the firewall over by the brake booster. They get water in them and short out, or the board contacts corrode.

Did your area happen to have a heavy rain, or maybe they stopped working after you went through a car wash?

Had same problem when I let Best Buy install a Dvd player. I took it back to them and took lower cover off under steering wheel we fond that a small pink wire had been cut, repaired wire and wipers worked.

I have heard problems like this before on the forum. My problems have been they work too good. That is they don't shut off. They usually eventually do when I turn them on and off repeatedly. On occasion, I have had to pull the fuse. I was told before that they have to replace the windshield washer motor but I am out of warranty and I can live with this problem. Just like I can live with the two rear window motors being out, the steering shaft groan, the occasional instrument panel zeroing out. Oh well it could be worse.

Mine Were Only Bothering Some Of The Time But After We Just Recently Had A Large Rain/wind Storm And I Haven't Been Able To Get Them To Work Since. They Will Only Work On Is The High Setting Or The Winshield Wash Mode Now

I have a problem too. When I turn them on they won't shut off until they want. If anyone has been through this let us know.
