I recently purchased a 2005 extended cab SLE Sierra GMC 4X4 with a Duramax engine. I previously had a similiar truck but with a 6 liter Vortec. I traded it for the diesel because it used too much fuel pulling my fifth wheel trailer.
The diesel gets better fuel economy than the vortec empty or loaded and the power is awesome.:blizzard:
