Support our vendors,they will support you. And get on the edge website, The e-bay seller on there is not an authorized dealer and you will lose any warranty after the sale. PS I am not a vendor, just trying to keep you from a mistake. DO a search on e-bay EDGE, maybe you will find some info on this subject... Mark Craig 02-24-2006, 02:50 PM duramax 2001, You are correct, they pull serial numbers off of the boxes and the warranty is out the door. It hides where they purchased the box this way! I have had 3 different folks try to warranty their Edge box thru us and each one had the serial numbers missing, it wasn't a fun call to make when I had to tell the customer I couldn't help them!
