I'm looking to put a goose neck in the bed and was wondering if this is a good idea and how hard it would be to do myself

In the Ford forums out there, the B&W Turn Over Ball is the most common one talked about. I dont have one as I dont have a goose, but if I did have a goose, that would be the hitch I would look at first.
