I have seen different time frames on when a truck is ordered until the TPW. Like others I was told 6-8 weeks. I ordered my LBZ on Feb 4th and have been given a TPW of March 20th. That is 6 weeks before it is to even be build. Are they working out these little problems some are having 1st (tranny lines, oil filter mounting, glow plugs, etc..). If so, I will be happy to wait (but still can't wait). :grd:

It depends on what kind of a truck you have ordered. A DRW & SRW seem to be kicked around. The rest is just a matter of setting up the orders to go to the plant. They can only build so many trucks in a week? FY.Y.I. some people actually wait 2-4 weeks just to get a T.P.W. Send me your S.O.N. (Sales Order Number) & T.P.W. (Targeted -called that cause it keep moving around - Production Week. That way you will be able to track your "BABY" home? Send this to me at = howard_m18@yahoo.com Howard

Thanks Howard. I am already on your tracking list (ext cab being built at your plant) The longer it takes is just a few more $s in my pocket to pay for toys. :)
