Well, went to a different dyno than i ussually go to. Went Thursday to baseline my truck and do my balls to the wall run as well.

Baseline- 221.4hp 417.1trq

215+145+nos- 584.3hp 1160.4trq

Went back Friday after installing a newly aquired piece in my arsenal

*****+145+nos- 674.9hp 1200+trq

The 145 didn't add squat to the stacked number Friday, but did add more black smoke(unburnt fuel) so i could crank up the nos. My newly aquired power is still low on the numbers, but exactly what he claimed it would be. He is sending me another unit next week to try with more jam, and said we have a ways to go with power left.

Tried to post dyno graph, but image is too big, and i don't have a clue how to resize or make it work http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif King D has a copy, so i know i can send it email, just don't know how to in the forum.

Manny- Yes it is a work truck. I plow snow with this truck in the winter, and am a contractor with this truck the rest of the year. As far as i'm concerned it is very drivable in day to day use.........hell, my wife drives the truck.....well not like i do, and without the nos. Its not as bad as you would think. If your on the pedal then yes the rear will bust loose no problem.......with the nos on, i busted loose yesterday at 60-70 mph, little bit of salt dust on the road, but thats still impressive in my books. Normal driving, like i/we should be doing you wouldn't know it was any different, very smooth, until the hammer is dropped, then hold onhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Confused.gif

Why would you be embarassed for getting beat by a 12 sec truck? I don`t care if it is a 100 ton off road truck, if it runs 12`s then you shouldn`t be embarassed.
Now if you run him in the 1/4 mile, and he laps you then you have a problemhttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Big Smile.gif The 90 juice will put you in the 14`s in an other wise stock truck, So I would hope a 12 sec truck can beat ya!

Craig- no bs here, no extre fuel other than pcm+145edge and a boatload of nos. We didn't have any hot dogs or hamburgers so no "bbq" gas was needed and we weren't thirsty for any "water" injection. I was over the "550" mark with small jets and only 700 bottle pressure, actually 589 was my highest with that setting. Throw some bigger jets and get proper pressure and some different programming and next thing you know............hey Jed's a millionaire..... struck black gold......diesel that is http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/HiHi.gif

They are good #'s and the trucks are different of course but Jeremy's baseline is low and his Quad,HJ stack is in the ballpark of some others but I have been around 5 trucks that couldn't even come close to what he is doing with NOS on top of the stack. I'm sure he could have some other little things that are making the difference or his truck way outperforms some others. Either way it's good numbers and I can't wait for him to go to a dyno day and show up several people with other brands.

King D what were my #'s at TST? I was just wondering if you heard accurate numbers. TST has a mustang dyno which can be different from a dynojet but I dyno'd the same setup's that week at TST and on a dynojet and was within 9 hp between the two.

P.S. King D would the bet be 600+ without any injectors, turbo ,LP, or any other fuel other than from programming?

I don't know why my baselines are always low, but when i add programming or whatever they seem to be right in the ballpark.............and then add some nos, well.......nuff said.

Cpmac- Like i said, the very first run i ever made with the nos was 589, that was with 700 bottle pressure and very small jets, and of coarse the all popular stack. The truck is running on nothing else........well not unless you class my testosterone as extra fuel. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Embarrased.gif Thing is, we don't have any dyno events up here. Hopefully we'll get one together this spring, if not i guess i'll just have to stick to the pullin track or 1/4 mile track, or make it down to a CT d.d or NC d.d to meet all the boys.

How big is your lift pump???http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Wink.gif

Put a lift pump on Jeremy, mine seems to smoke more with a lift pump. Jk hows the harness going for it??

So this begs the question as to if you are running two fuel filters. I would bet your just running the OEM. I'm starting to think that adding a second filter is what causes most people to need the lift pump. Mine smokes less and feels down some on power since installing the Racor 60T.

I am only running oem and it made a difference, smoke wise, cant really tell power wise as I still have a stock tranny.http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/smileys/Cry.gif

Reducing draw from 12"+ hg to 1" hg (as observed by Rick and Jason) netted me a whopping gain of squat!

I'll be putting a bit more feed on it soon and will see what happens then. Not holding my breath...

Right now I have 3 psi at idle, with key on engine off etc.

Harness protos (2?) due in by mid week.

P.S. King D would the bet be 600+ without any injectors, turbo ,LP, or any other fuel other than from programming? cant remember exactly now it has been some time, just remeber greg at tst quoting some numbers and then when you called me to talk about the quad stealth we went over the numbers again and they were very close.i looked for my old dyno sheets and couldnt put my hand on them this morning.do you remeber you and i talking about dynoing when we talked?as far as the 600 i do mean using nos.TTS EXTREME,DMAXAMIZER FOR MORE SMOKE,BUT EVERY THING ELSE EXCEPT AIRBOX ,EXHAUST AND NORMALY REPLACED ITEMS ALL STOCK....

Hey HB Where are you doing the dyno work at? is it close by? Would like to dyno my 04 daily driver before mods. What kind of costs are involved? Can a dually go on the dyno?
