The shift knob on our '02 cummins 6 spd keeps rotating clockwise. We have taken it to the dealer about 3 or 4 times and they straighten it out yet after about a week or so it begins moving again. I doubt this can affect the engine in any way but i would like to fix it. Any ideas?

Are you sure it's the knob or just the shift pattern insert? Mine did the same and here's the fix. Use a small sharp flat head screwdriver and slip it under the insert. Pop it out and and use a knife to make little tick marks (like teeth) around the perimeter of the insert. Pop it back in and it should fix the rotation. I did mine about 6k miles ago and hasn't rotated since.
