Got 11k miles on my truck & thought I'd change the tranny fluid. Is this a pretty simple job? Also, what is the tranny capacity? 6 Quarts?

It's a bit over 6 quarts. I think it's 6.6 quarts. I filled mine with nearly 7 quarts of Mobil 1 ATF when I had the flywheel and clutch replaced.

As per All Data, the ZF holds 6.3Quarts or 6.0 liters.
