Try your gm dealer, thats where I buy my stanadyne. I use it to replace lubricity that the low sulpher diesel lacks.

I bought the mixed case of FPPF Total Power & Cetane Boost from John, mix per Kennedy's recommendations, 1 bottle of Total Power and 1 Bottle of Cetane boost mixed in a 1 gallon container, pour into a measuring bottle, and use 6-8 oz per 24 gallons fuel.
I've been doing this religiously, and not 1 problem, not one spec of any rust at the bottom of the filter, perfectly clean.

I am half thinking that these addivies are snake oil.....has anyone ever done a test on them?

I have never had any real results with gas additives.....and I cannot say Ive noticed anything different with diesel additives.....
