I have an 03 with power extending camper mirrors. Every once in a while, you have to physically pull on them before they will move with the switch. The dealer lubed them but they still do it. Has anyone had this happen to them? and the $100,000 question...how to fix it. thx.

yes that is very common. my dealer finaly had to replace mine a few months back just before they ran out of the 3/36

My right one does that all the time and from the VIN check both mirrors have been replaced b4 I bought the pickup. So far with help or a long broom handle I have always got it to work. I try not to park them all the way in, maybe 1/4 inch from the stop, seems to help.

You should be able to find plenty of take off's if you want to replace your bad mirror, either here or ebay
