Where can I find it... I am looking for the white tach wire and all the ones I tested resulted in steady voltage (14.4), no 0-6 volts. I found a module under the strearing colum with several connectors plug into it is this the PCM? Trying to do a remote start (finally).

Are you testing them in AC? The tach wire needs to be tested in AC with a DMM not DC. The best place to get the tach wire is behind the Instrument cluster if you are hooking up a remote start. Might as well get the glow plug wire while your there. It is Dark Blue and tests negative while the glow plug light is on and positive when the light shuts off.
