When you disable the egr with the pred does the trucks computer still see the codes? Or does it just keep the light from comming on. I have used the blockerplate and fingerstick before and it worked fine but I had to take it in to the dealer for some warrenty injector problems and it wasn't fun rewiring the egr wires back togather. I didn't want to risk the fingerstick being noticed. I want only plug and play stuff.

All you need to do is block the passage and the Pred will disable the diagnostic so you should not see any codes.
