Does EFILive have the ability to change the fuel tank size so that the DIC works correctly with an aftermarket fuel tank?

As far as the DIC goes I don't think so. You can adjust how the guage reads however.

If there is a demand for it I am quite sure they would be willing to add it.

Just talked to them, it's in the works for the next version ;)

What we have so far is the abilty to scale the fuel level sensor voltage vs the amount of fuel, I don't think there is a specific Fuel Tank = 'x' gallons parameter.

For example, Dual tank vehicles show those tables as 0-28gal and 0-24gal. Some singles show 34gal, so I am pretty sure this is the only way to define the tank size.
