does anyone have instruction on where to hardwire the V! so it is control by key for on/off. does chevy have a similar accessory wire like the vettes do?

Just look for a switched fuse in the fuse panel. That is where I direct wired my Passport 8500. It works great. Not sure which fuse I used i will have to go and look.

I just went out and took a look. Its a 10a fuse labeled IGN03, this has worked great for turning the detector off and on.Edited by: Duramaxdad
