If you have a source of clean, high quality fuel from a virgin feed stock, and operate in a warm, dry location - plug & play it is. You'll want to blend with dino-diesel as temps go below 40 degrees F.

However... if you travel to parts unknown, operate regularly in cold areas, use home brew fuel, you might want to look at a lift pump / secondary filter setup to keep enough clean fuel flowing to your injection system. IMO, one can't have enough filtration, particularly if you're going to B80 to B100. Sometimes glycerine residue or partly gelled fuel shows up even in ASTM grade fuel despite all the efforts to prevent it. This can be particularly true with cold weather, and some biodiesel types such as recycled oil stock with higher cloud / gel points.
