Why in the world are rotors so expensive for these trucks and so crappy? I have mine in for a warped rotor and a tech told me that not only are the rotors junk but they've been replacing hubs like they are going out of style. He said you dont want to know how much it would be to replace your rotors.

rear rotors list out at around 450.00 for GM, not sure why they are replacing hubs

Is that a piece or for both.
