I'm wanting to lift my 03 Dmax with an 8" fabtech-suspension and I was told that if I would go any higher than 5" the weight of the dmax engine would affect the ride. If so, how bad would it be? Any inpt would be appreciated. Dan

I could see where the higher center of gravity of the diesel engine could create some cornering/sway issues if not more serious emergency maneuver issues.

Hoot's right, mine sways more, I also drive slower now. I know a few guys that have the Fabtech 6" with 35's and handle very well.

Just my .02

Thanks for the input guys. By the way nice rigs! I really want to go sky high but I don't want to risk the ride so I suppose I'll have to go a little lower. Thank again. Dan

You could go with a 6" suspension lift and a body lift.
