The shocks firmed up the ride a bit and the truck seems to stay in contact with the road better. Anything is better than the factory shock which had 56,000 miles on them. I'm running Edelbrock Xtreme travels on my HD and absolutely love them, can't beat the zinc coated shock body either. My bud just put on the regular Edelbrock performer IAS shocks and is totally happy with them, could not believe the difference they made. Melvin Hatcher 03-09-2004, 10:24 AM Thank you kind Sir! I love them so far on my truck. The ride is firmer and more stable and they seem to give a little when you hit a patch of rough road. Just like they are supposed to. Don't get me wrong here though, it still drives like a truck that weighs over 2 tons.
